Kirina graduated from beauty school and obtained her hair styling license in Japan. After obtaining her license she worked for 4.5 years providing services in aesthetics, make-up and kitsuke in addition to hair styling in Nagoya. 

In 2010, she came to Vancouver to expand her overseas experience and worked in a Japanese hair salon for 6 years. Kirina joined Antique Hair Studio in January 2017.
